Explanation of Complaints Summaries

The following three reports are given for each month, from April 2008, and consolidated every three months:-

Lists the TISSC Code paragraphs breached and determinations made. It includes links to the relevant Code paragraphs to explain the nature of the breach.

Identifies resolved complaints where a breach of the TISSC Code has been determined, divided into service categories of:

Lists resolved complaints by service provider, number of breaches determined, service complained of and service in breach. Remedies determined are summarised and links to service titles provided. Please note that multiple breaches can apply to a single service resulting in, for example, 10 breaches determined on 4 services.
