Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO)
The TIO handles complaints about phone and internet services, generally in the areas of billing, mobile services, directory services, privacy, faults, access to and provision of services.

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
The ACCC assesses complaints about business practices against the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974, and the Prices Surveillance Act 1983.
